Skills and recruitment in West Suffolk – survey of local businesses

We are keen to find out the issues faced by local businesses in recruiting talented people to join their businesses with the right skills and experience. Please help us by taking five minutes to tell us about skills and recruitment. What skills do your employees need, where are the gaps, and what training opportunities would you like to see more of, both before people join your business and during their time with you?

West Suffolk Councils and West Suffolk College will use the results of this survey, combined with a survey of young people, to plan future local skills approaches in West Suffolk, looking at specific localities. The closing date for responses is 31 December 2016.
