Call for Christmas bin-fluencers!

West Suffolk Council is calling for Christmas bin-fluencers to share information on bin day changes to make sure family, friends and neighbours don’t miss a collection over the holidays.

Over the festive period, there will be changes to bin collection dates between Wednesday 25 December 2024 to Saturday 11 January 2025.

Cllr Dave Taylor, Cabinet member for Operations said: “We greatly appreciate the help of West Suffolk's bin-fluencers in reminding friends, families, and neighbours to put out their bins. We're also encouraging residents to continue their excellent efforts in recycling, as we all strive to reduce waste and increase reuse. I would also like to thank everyone for the amazing support you give our bin crews throughout the year. I know they would like to wish all the residents they serve a very merry Christmas and happy, healthy New Year.”
