Winter holiday activities
Free holiday activities for under 16s eligible under Government scheme and discretionary places for other families in need of support
Warm spaces
Community activities are being put on across more than 40 warm spaces this winter providing day-time venues where residents can meet, reducing isolation and loneliness as well as their daytime heating costs.
Christmas and New Year bin collection changes
Collections will take place as normal up to, and including, Wednesday 24 December 2025. Collections return to normal from Monday 12 January 2026.
