Citizens Advice West Suffolk

Citizens Advice West Suffolk provide free, confidential, and independent information, advice, and advocacy to all who need it. We can assist with a wide range of problems including benefits, debt, housing, employment, family issues, consumer queries, immigration. We also run several projects allowing us to focus on specific client needs:

• help with applying for benefits and challenging unfair decisions
• help with budgeting and managing debt including bankruptcy and debt relief orders
• advice and advocacy for people affected by multiple sclerosis (MS) and their families, and
• supported advice for people with poor mental health

We recognise that for many people the world outside their door can sometimes be unmanageable, and we work with other agencies delivering different forms of support to achieve the results the client needs.
