Affordable housing provision requirements

The National Planning Policy Framework states that affordable housing shall only be required for sites of 0.5ha and over or for 10 dwellings and over.

The West Suffolk Local Plan Policy SP16 Affordable housing would then require 30 per cent affordable housing on brownfield sites and 40 per cent affordable housing on greenfield sites.
